Scared Heart Girls College Oakleigh


Sacred Heart Girls' College draws its enrolments from Priority Parish zones, as defined by the CEOM, as well as catering for pastoral needs beyond these zones.

Enrolments of students are accepted for places in Years 7 to 12. The criteria for selection of students are outlined in the College Enrolment Policy and are in accordance with CEOM Policy 2.4, which can be found at the Catholic Education Office Melbourne website.

General Enrolment Information

All applications must be accompanied by a non-refundable administration fee of $220, a copy of the student's Birth Certificate, a copy of a relevant visa certificate for non-Australian passport holders, and where possible a copy of the student’s Baptism Certificate.

Year 7 Enrolments


Applications for Year 7, 2019 enrolments close on 25 August 2017 and first round offers are made on 13 October 2017 as outlined below.

Applications will be accepted after the closing date but will be placed on a waiting list. 

Key Enrolment Dates for Applicants going into Year 7 in 2019:

  • Closing date for enrolments - Friday, 25 August 2017
  • Letters of Offer are mailed - Friday, 13 October 2017 
  • Final day to accept offer -  Friday, 27 October 2017


Applications for Year 7, 2020 enrolments close  on Friday 17 August 2018 and first round offers will be made mailed on Friday 19 October 2018. Please note the new timing of key enrolment dates for Year 7 enrolments. This process will always occur in the second half of the year for students currently in Grade 5.

Parents are welcome to apply for enrolment while their daughter is in Grade 4.

Years 8 – 12 Enrolments

Applications for Years 8-12 are usually taken in the year prior to enrolment. Applications for enrolment in these years must be accompanied by a copy of a recent school report.
