House Swimming Carnival

On Tuesday 4 February, Sacred Heart Girls' College participated in the 2025 House Swimming Carnival. Despite the intense heat and shortened program, students participated in all sorts of swimming events giving everything their best! Events included the 100m freestyle, various 50m events, 25m events and relays. The day was loud and all you could hear were the chants from each House cheering on their teammates in hopes to win.

A big thank you goes to Ms Di Maria for helping organise the day as well as all the other staff that helped ensure that the day ran smoothly and timely. Thanks also to the House Captains for helping encourage participation so that all students got the most out of the carnival.

We also give a special shout out to Madeleine (Year 8) for breaking the 50m freestyle record. The Sacred Heart community commend you for your swimming excellence, keep up the great work!
