Following extensive student and staff consultation, we are excited to launch new Sports and PE uniform items!

The new College polo shirt is a brighter alternative, a practical move away from white and comes in long and short sleeve styles. Similarly, the rugby top moves away from the predominant white base, replacing the 2005 styled rugby top. We have introduced a comfortable and stylish soft-shell jacket to replace the spray jacket. There is an optional puffer vest which is a response to student feedback for warmer uniform items. The sports shorts, track pants and House polos, which have been updated in recent years, remain unchanged.

The new clothing items will be available from December 2024. Current SHGC students may choose to purchase the new clothing items to upgrade for 2025 or as they need to replace existing items. If in good condition, the current College polo shirt, rugby top and spray jacket may be worn until the end of the 2027 school year to allow students time to change over.

We ask that new students purchase the updated Sports and PE uniform items.

A huge thank you to the hundreds of students who completed the uniform survey and/or visited the uniform display in Term 2. We invite you to view the updated uniform display in the College foyer.

The updated uniform price list is available via our Parent Access Module - you may notice that Academy Uniforms have not increased their prices.

A reminder as we march towards the end of the school year … please ensure that uniform items fit as they are designed and are in good condition. Students in Years 10 and 11 are particularly advised to check their uniform wardrobe to avoid having to purchase new dresses or blazers in Year 12.
